We offer a free tier with limited interactions per month and premium subscription plans. Premium plans are billed securely through Plata by mono, LiqPay or Portmone and our regional payment partners. Refunds are handled according to the applicable provider rules and consumer protection laws.

The AI-generated content provided to you is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any decisions, actions, or interpretations based on the generated content.

8. Compliance with Payment Processors

By using Tarotely, you acknowledge that our payment processing is handled by Plata by mono, LiqPay or Portmone and other regional payment partners where applicable. You agree to comply with all applicable terms and policies of our payment partners. We reserve the right to suspend services if required by our payment processors or applicable regulations.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to our service, partners, or users. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms
