This Refund Policy explains how refunds, subscription cancellations, and auto-renewal are handled for Tarotely paid plans.
1. When a refund may be available
Refund requests may be considered for duplicate charges, technical failures that prevented access to paid features, or billing errors confirmed by our team or payment provider.
2. Review timelines
We review refund requests within 5 business days. Additional processing time may be required by payment providers.
3. Cases where a refund may be approved
- Duplicate or accidental charges
- A subscription renewal that was charged after a documented cancellation failure
- A verified outage or payment issue that prevented use of premium access
4. Cases where a refund is usually not available
- Partial use of a billing period after premium features were accessible
- Dissatisfaction with entertainment or informational content alone
- Requests submitted beyond the legally mandated refund period without evidence of error
5. Subscription cancellation and auto-renewal
You can cancel auto-renewal from the subscription management screen. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless a billing error is confirmed.
6. Legal timeframe for refund eligibility
Refunds are only available within the timeframe prescribed by the consumer protection legislation of the country from which the transaction originated. If local law provides a longer refund window than stated herein, the statutory period shall apply. If local law provides a shorter period, the shorter period governs.
7. Payment provider and merchant of record
For transactions refunds are processed under the rules of the payment provider that handled the charge and applicable consumer law. Plata by mono, LiqPay or Portmone.
8. How to request a refund
Contact billing support with the email tied to your account, charge date and amount, last four digits or reference of the payment method (if available), and a brief explanation of the issue.
