1. Who offers the services
Provider: Tarotely Ltd., TIN: 12345678 - a sole proprietor (FOP) registered under the laws of Ukraine publishes this public offer and invites any legally capable natural person to enter into an agreement for the Tarotely digital service under the terms below. The agreement is a public contract and adhesion contract under Articles 633, 634, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and is concluded electronically.

Unless otherwise stated in settlement documents, the Provider is not a VAT payer; applicable payment provider fees, taxes or charges may depend on the user country and selected payment method.
4. How to pay
Payment is made online through partner payment systems using bank cards and other available methods.
Payment is processed through a payment provider. Payment confirmation, an electronic receipt or another settlement document is provided by the payment provider and/or the Provider according to applicable Ukrainian law and the rules of the selected payment method.
5. How to get the service
Access is activated automatically within 1-2 minutes after payment confirmation.
The service is provided in digital form through the website https://tarotely.com. Physical delivery is not provided.
6. Refund policy
Since access to the digital service is provided automatically, refund requests are reviewed individually. The provider may retain actually incurred expenses related to providing the service. Refunds are usually possible in cases:
- Technical impossibility of providing the service (system failure)
- Duplicate charge
- Erroneous payment
